 I lost my registration numbers. How do I get new ones?
Send an email to support@windsweptsoftware.com with your name, address, and the program you registered.
 
 I had trouble downloading one of the programs. What do I do?
Both the Download link and the Screen Shot link use Pop Up Windows to initiate the download or display the screen shot. If you have pop up windows disabled this will prevent you from downloading programs. You can either enable pop up windows or use the links below to download files. If this does not solve the problem contact Windswept Software at support@windsweptsoftware.com.


 
 How long does it take to receive the program in the mail once I've placed the order?
All orders are shipped the next business day.
 
 I downloaded one of the games but now I can't find it on my computer What do I do?

You can use your own computer's search utility. Follow these steps.

  1. Click on the Start menu
  2. Move the mouse pointer over Find
  3. When the Find menu appears select Files or Folders...
  4. Depending upon which program you downloaded enter in one of the following selections into the Named: text box of the Find window.
    • For Four Handed Spades Type: spade4*.exe
    • For Two Handed Net Spades Type: 2hnsp*.exe
    • For Dominoes Type: domwin*.exe
    • For Super Video Poker Type: svpok*.exe
    • For Blackjack Trainer Type: bjtrain*.exe
    • For Poker Dice Type: pkdic*.exe
    • For Quick Calc Type: qcset*.exe
    • For The Apple Tree Type: appl*.exe
    • For Flashback Type: flash*.exe
    • For Classic Word Search Type: cwsrch*.exe
    • For Two Handed Solitaire Type: sol2*.exe
    • For Klondike Solitaire Type: ksol*.exe
    • For Backstage Type: bckstg*.exe
    • For Control Freak Type: cfreak*.exe
  5. Click on the Find Now button to start the search.
  6. When the file has been located double-click on it to start the setup program
